Information We Collect

We collect account details such as your name and email, course progress and quiz results, purchase and refund records, and the billing name, country and address you choose to save. If you contact us, we collect your name, email address and message.

Our hosting and payment services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser or device information and security logs. Our contact form records a hashed IP value to help prevent abuse.

How We Use Information

We use this information to operate accounts, deliver the course, save progress, prefill checkout, record purchases and refunds, send transactional messages, answer support requests and protect the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Payments and Service Providers

Payments are processed through Stripe and its checkout services, including Link where offered. We do not store your full card number or card security code. Payment providers process payment and billing information under their own privacy policies. Our site records order information such as the amount, currency, payment status and provider references.

We use application-hosting, account, storage and integration providers to operate the website. Email delivery services process recipients and transactional message content. These providers may process information outside your country, where different privacy laws may apply. Information is shared as needed to provide the service, respond to lawful requests or protect the service.

Browser Storage and Referral Tracking

Cookies or browser storage used by our site and providers support sign-in, payments, security and website operation. An active referral link may save its referral code in your browser for 30 days. The most recent valid link becomes the saved referral. You can remove it by clearing this site's browser storage; doing so may also sign you out.

We record referral visits using a random browser-tab identifier and associate a referral code with an order when it is used at checkout. Owners can see referral visit counts, purchases and revenue. Visit counts are not a count of unique people and can include automated traffic. We do not provide referrers with a customer-data dashboard.

Hosting services may also provide aggregated visitor and page-view reports. If we introduce new uses of personal information or additional tracking, we will update this policy and obtain consent where required.

Access, Corrections and Deletion Requests

You can correct saved billing details in Account settings. For access to your personal information, other corrections, privacy questions or an account-deletion request, email digital101official@gmail.com. We may need to verify that a request comes from the account owner.

Information is retained for service, support, security and applicable record-keeping needs. Account deletion may not remove payment, refund or other records that must be retained for lawful purposes. We do not promise that every record will be erased immediately.

Digital 101 Official operates from the Northwest Territories, Canada. Our handling of personal information is subject to applicable privacy laws, including Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Other mandatory rights may apply depending on your location. Policy revisions will be dated here.
