Refund Policy

This policy applies to the Digital 101 course ($197 USD one-time) purchased directly through digital101official.com.

7-Day Refund Window

You may request a refund within 7 days of the date of purchase. After 7 days, the purchase is final and non-refundable.

Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, both of the following must be true:

• You have completed less than 15% of the course modules; and
• You have not downloaded any PDF or video files from the course.

If either condition is not met, or if more than 7 days have passed since purchase, the purchase is final and non-refundable.

Refund Amount

If eligible, you receive 100% of the purchase price. We do not issue partial refunds.

Book Purchases Are Not Covered

This refund policy applies only to the Digital 101 course purchased directly through this site. It does not apply to the companion book, which is sold separately on Amazon ($14.99 USD paperback) or as a KDP PDF ($9.99 USD). Those purchases follow Amazon's own return and refund rules.

How to Request a Refund

Email digital101official@gmail.com from the address used at checkout with your order details. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.
