Refund Policy

This policy applies to the Digital 101 course (regular price $197 USD one-time, or the discounted price shown at checkout) purchased directly through digital101official.com.
7-Day Refund Window
You may request a refund within 7 days of the date of purchase. After 7 days, our voluntary refund window closes. This does not limit any refund or remedy required by applicable law or the payment provider.
Eligibility
For our voluntary refund policy, request the refund within 7 days of purchase and complete less than 15% of the course modules.
There are 10 modules: 9 core modules and 1 bonus module. For this policy, a module is counted as completed when its module quiz is passed and recorded in your account. Passing 0 or 1 module quiz is below 15%; passing 2 or more is not. Merely opening a lesson does not count as completing a module for this policy.
Viewing or downloading available course materials does not, by itself, disqualify you from this refund policy. If a progress record is wrong or you cannot access the course, contact us so we can review the problem. These conditions do not override mandatory consumer rights or a remedy required by the payment provider.
Refund Amount
If eligible, you receive a full refund of the amount actually paid for this course transaction, including applicable tax refunded through the payment provider. A discounted purchase is refunded at the discounted amount paid, not the regular price. Refunds go to the original payment method. Our standard policy provides full refunds; other adjustments may be made where required by applicable law or the payment provider.
How to Request a Refund
Email digital101official@gmail.com from the address used at checkout with your order details. Approved refunds are submitted to the payment provider within 5–7 business days. The time for funds to appear depends on the provider and your bank.
These clarifications apply from September 30, 2026. We will not apply a policy revision to reduce rights attached to an earlier purchase.
