Digital 101 Official is an independent education brand operated from Northwest Territories, Canada. These terms describe use of the website and course. Review them and the refund policy before purchasing. Questions can be sent to digital101official@gmail.com.
Refunds
Course purchases are covered by our Refund Policy, which provides a conditional 7-day refund window. Please review it for full eligibility terms; it governs all refund requests for the Digital 101 course.
Use of Content
Your purchase provides a personal, non-transferable licence to use the course for your own learning. Your purchase gives you access to the Digital 101 course, including updates we make to it, for as long as the course platform operates. You may apply what you learn to your own business. You may not share account credentials, republish the course files, resell the course, or claim its content as your own.
Results Disclaimer
The course is educational. We do not promise income, employment, business success, or a particular result. Results depend on your circumstances, decisions, effort and implementation. Tools and third-party services may change and may require separate fees. Course content is not individualized legal, tax, financial or professional advice.
Updates
We may update lessons, examples and software demonstrations as tools change. Policy changes will be dated on this site and will not retroactively reduce rights attached to an earlier purchase.
Account Access and Security
Keep your sign-in details private and your billing information accurate. We may restrict course access where necessary to address unauthorized sharing, misuse, fraud, or a security issue. Contact the Digital 101 team to request a review of an access restriction. An access restriction does not remove any refund or other right required by applicable law.
Pricing and Referral Offers
The regular course price is $197 USD for a one-time purchase. Active referral links may provide a discount. Review the final price, currency and any applicable tax in checkout before paying. A referral link does not, by itself, entitle its owner to a commission.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Northwest Territories and the applicable federal laws of Canada. This choice does not remove mandatory consumer protections or rights to use a court or dispute process available to you under applicable law. Contact the Digital 101 team first so we can try to resolve a concern.
